ORDER POLICIES:

• If Buyer cancels a custom order less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of production, Buyer shall pay Aristech within five business days a cancellation fee equal to 10 percent of the original purchase price. 

• If Buyer cancels a stock order less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipping, Buyer shall pay Aristech within five business days a restocking fee equal to 25 percent of the original purchase price. Buyer may contact Buyer’s local sales representative for the specific production and shipping status of the customer order.
